Hi Team,
we have repalce patio sliding door wheels but still door is bery hard to move
seems like track is worn out ..
How to fix it ? replace the new track or i have heard of replacing only new capping thing ? And where to find them in the bunnings.
thank you really appreciate your help
Hello @paddy1829
Thanks for sharing your question about your patio sliding doors. Since you have replaced the wheels, I can only suggest adjusting the height of the wheels in the housing. Inside the wheel housing is an adjustment screw that will allow you to increase the height of the wheel. This adjustment will lift the door off the tracks and only the wheels will be touching the rail. If the housing is damaged, it will be necessary to change the entire wheel assembly.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.

Hi @paddy1829 , just to add to @EricL repair procedure, if you are still having problems and unable to adjust the height of the rollers, check the track where the rollers run on to see if the track is worn down, you can buy a track capping , see below, available as special order from Bunnings or another supplier, I have added the links below, just one more thing have you tried spraying WD40 or silicone spray lubricant on the track, this should help a little.
