How to fix uneven column due to soil movement?

Hi guys, I just wanted to ask for advice on how to address the uneven structure on our entrance/facade. As you can see with the arow point, the left side seems to have shrinked, due to soil movement? I just wanted to make it look even for my next project. Thank you in advance.

Hi @ralphvincentpan,

Considering that the column appears to be supporting the weight of the roof structure above, I would not consider this a D.I.Y. job.

When structural elements are shifting, you will need the help of professionals who specialise in this kind of work.

Unfortunately, the only suggestion I have is to contact an engineer for their assessment and recommendations moving forward.
