please can you give me any idea how to landscape this with pebble or artificial turf. Whats soil I need to use and do i need to use weed mat.

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about landscaping the front of the house.
The general steps to install artificial turf are to level the area first and make it nice and flat. Then lay down a layer of crusher dust and compact it until level. The top layer will be composed of sand which needs to be spread out levelled and compacted as well. Once the surface is totally flat you can then install the artificial turf. For more detailed instructions I suggest having a look at the guides below.
In regards to the option of white pebbles, the steps are similar, but when the pebbles are about to be placed on the surface. The top must be covered in weed mat and pinned down. Then you can place the pebbles on the surface.

Can I recommend you share a photo of your house from the street? It might help community members get a better idea of what you are working with.
I suspect you will get a better result if you think about also creating a garden bed and selecting appropriate plants.
