Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your driveway.
I suggest cleaning the crack with a bristle brush and detergent to remove any debris in the crack. Remove all the loose concrete bits that are just sitting in the crack. Once the crack is dry, I recommend using Earl's 1kg Concremate Expanding Cement and spreading it with a Pro Renovator 50mm Plastic Scraper.
My best advice is not to overfill the crack and keep it as level as possible.
