How to patch render on blueboard?
Hello
I have a render coat over blue board which has become brittle and detached from the sheet in a section.
Would appreciate advice and recommended products to fix the problem!
Thank you!

Re: How to patch render on blueboard?
Hello @cococat
The damage does not appear to be too big; I suggest using Earl's 1kg Concremate Expanding Cement. This is an easy-to-use product and all you need to do is add water. My best advice is to mix only what you need to repair the damage. Please don't add too much water or it will not stick to the wall properly.
I recommend using a 100mm Sharp Edge Paint Scraper to apply the cement. I suggest using a stiff bristle brush to stipple the surface so that it blends in with the render.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.
