I have a gardena master water controller and 6 line water distributor. How do I programme 2 water times for each line?
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @christineh1234. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about programming the Gardena Master controller.
It would be helpful if you could share a bit more about exactly how you’d like to set up your watering schedule. For example, are you looking to run each of your six lines twice a day (say morning and evening), or do you want different lines running at different times?
Just so you’re aware, with the Gardena Master and 6-line water distributor, each port/line can only be run once per day. That means in a 24-hour cycle you can go through all six ports/lines with one watering each. You can’t set up a schedule where, for instance, port/line 2 runs at 8 am and again at 5 pm on the same day.
What you can do is set each port to run once per day, at any time you choose, and adjust the duration as needed. Each day can also have a different start time and run length if you want some variety across the week. So, for example, port 1 might run at 8 am for 20 minutes on Monday, and at 6 pm for 15 minutes on Tuesday, but still only once per day.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Oh that's a shame. I was looking to run each separate line twice each day. I have 3 areas of irrigation that I want to run one after the other, but in the summer months I need to run it morning and night for each section. I only have 3 sections of irrigation. Could I connect 2 lines from the water distributor into each section so I could do a morning and afternoon water?
Hi @christineh1234,
My colleague @MitchellMc contacted Gardena in the past about this same issue. You can see the discussion here - How to program gardena watering master.
If you have three lines and six distribution ports, then you could use two ports, programmed with different activation times, and just join them with a 3-way hose coupler to the actual irrigation line.
Let me know what you think and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
