How to remove concrete mound around sewer vent pipe?

do I need to keep this concrete mound? if I can remove it do I need a joiner? can you step me through how to do this?

I think it's surrounding a sewer vent pipe. I'm lowering the ground level of the side yard where this is located, removing tree root incursion ahead of relandscaping and would prefer not to have the concrete mound around the pipe if possible as space is at a premium

Note when viewing the photo 1 - the broken clay sitting between white pipe & brick wall is from something else & just being stored there. under the concrete mound the pipe appears to be clay too though and 2 those are thick tree routes around /under the mound. As far as I've dug the clay pipe goes straight down below

Hi @vfd123,

Unfortunately, plumbing work that is connected to council wastewater services will require the assistance of a licenced plumber. They will be able to remove the concrete and assist with a suitable solution that is up to code.

I imagine it could be removed, but you may need to use a Deks 100mm EW To PVC Rubber Joiner Adaptor to create a tight connection once the concrete has been removed.

You would however need to confirm this with a plumber.
