How to remove head of Ryobi One+ 18V line trimmer?

Does anyone have any advice for removing the head of a Ryobi One+ line trimmer? I can take the line section out, but it seems some thick stringy dried leaves from my yucca have gotten wrapped inside the spinning mechanism and now the trimmer won't start or spin. Is there a way to remove this part so I can clear it out?

Re: Remove head of Ryobi One+ 18V Line Trimmer

Hello @fenz2

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's great to have you join us, and thank you for sharing your question about your Ryobi line trimmer.

In order to give you a comprehensive recommendation, would it be possible for you to post a photo of the head unit and the model number of the line trimmer that you have? The more information we have the better we can make suggestions on how to untangle the head of the line trimmer.

We look forward to seeing the pictures.
