does anyone know the name of this screw head? I'm looking to remove a few panels from my deck and couldn't find a drill bit for this. Thank you

Thank you for your question and welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community.
These are called Torx screws. It can be removed using one of the Kango 50mm Hypertorque Torx Mixed Impact Driver Bits of the correct size.
