How to repair sagging outdoor ceiling panels. Thanks in advance!
Hello @thor940
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. it's sensational to have you join us and thanks for sharing your question about your ceiling panels.
When ceiling panels start to sag there is usually an accompanying reason. It could be caused by a leak in the roof, water pooling on the top surface of the panel or animal infestation such as possums. I suggest doing a quick investigation to find out what caused the panel to fail before you screw it back in. Once you have addressed the cause of the damage you can then start repairing your ceiling panels.
Another thing to consider is if the panel is still in good condition. If it is water damaged, then it will need to be replaced, but if it was caused by an animal and the panel is still in good condition then it would ok to screw it back into place. I suggest using Buildex 9 - 10 x 32mm Zinc Alloy 3 Star Head Fibre Cement Screws - 100 Pack to fix it back into place.
