I bought a great sun umbrella from Bunnings. The frame is perfect but the cloth has torn inwant to buy a new cloth. I rang the store and that is not possible . How can we claim circular economy and sustainability if I cannot buy just the cloth.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @freogirl. It's brilliant to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about umbrellas.
Thanks so much for your feedback. Could you please share the details of the umbrella you purchased, such as the brand and model, so I can confirm whether a replacement cover is available from the supplier? Once I have that information, I’ll be happy to double-check for you and also pass your comments on to our supplier and team for review.
Please let me know if you have any questions.

Dear staff I found a supplier of sun umbrella materials. It was less than 20 dollars, an excellent solution instead of buying a complete new umbrella. I hope Bunnings will take this on board and walks the talk of the circular economy and the support for a sustainable future. To date they still do not sell the material. Only a cover for sun umbrellas that is nice but rather irrelevant.
I do apologise, @freogirl. I might have confused my request with my wording. By "Cover", I was referring to the cloth covering of the umbrella, not a protective cover that goes over the umbrella. I was more than happy to check whether one was available. I'll pass on your feedback to our buyer to see whether we can make the umbrella material more readily available to our customers.

Hi Mitchell I checked Bunning's online site, I called their helpline and went to the nearest store. You do not sell them. Would be great to add it to your assortments.
