Need help to thread a line on a Practa Clothes line cant find anything on you tube Thank you
Hi @Fred5,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is fantastic to have you with us.
Can you advise which specific clothesline you are having trouble with and give a bit of a description of the issue you are having?
Was it one of these -
Were you struggling with how to feed the line through the loops or was it something to do with tying it off?
Any further details you can provide will certainly help.
I will assist further when you reply.
Jacob
Hi Jacob its the 7 Line Rotary , not sure how to start the process and then we do you start thanks mate
Hi @Fred5,
Did you have a photo of the instructions that you could upload?
I can't find them anywhere online or within our internal files.
If not, that's ok, I will take a trip in store to get some photos so I can try to interpret for you.
Let me know how I can assist further.
Jacob
Hi @Fred5,
I took a trip in store to grab the instructions and see what I can do to help.
I can see why you're a bit confused, as there is so much being described. Having a read, if you follow along doing one step at a time and using the images showing how the line sits at each step, you should be able to manage.
You are starting from the tensioner on arm 1, stringing the line through the first holes in the 3 other arms and then moving out to the second hole when you return to arm 1. When you move out to the second hole, you reverse the direction that the line goes in.
Was there a particular step that is tripping you up?
I'd be happy to see if there was anything I could do to simplify the instructions for that step.
Jacob
