The Bunnings Workshop community can help with your home improvement projects.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, @hbheng. It’s sensational to have you join us and many thanks for your question about tightening your loose door handle.
To secure the handle back to the door, there are usually a couple of screws located behind the square cover plate. These screws pull the two sides of the handle together, clamping it tightly to the door. You’ll need to remove that square cover plate to access them.
Sometimes these plates just pull off directly, but in other cases you might need to remove the handle first. Have a look along the bottom edge of the square cover—there could be a small grub screw or clip holding it in place. If you don’t spot one, try gently pulling the cover plate straight off the handle. If it doesn’t come away easily, don’t force it—we can work out the next steps once we know what’s holding it on.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
