What is the best product to use to waterproof the annex

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about waterproofing your annex.
Thank you for providing a picture of the area you are planning to waterproof. Would it be possible for you to take a step back and take a picture of the overall area so that we can see the walls? This will give us a better idea of what you are trying to cover.
Can you please tell us more about your annex? How big is it and is it enclosed or exposed to the elements? Is the water flowing into another area that you don't want it to go to? Any extra information on what you want to achieve would be very much appreciated.
