This outdoor setting had been in our family for years and was in desperate need for some TLC. We almost threw it away but it was structurally sound and quiet comfortable.
It was weathered and had plenty of oil stains on it so first step was to sand it back, then use stain blocker.
Then we undercoated and did two coats of Weathershield in good old Lexicon Qtr. A couple of new outdoor cushions in white and navy stripe and it’s good as new!
What a fantastic transformation that is! Who would have thought they would come up that well?
Congratulations on restoring an item destined for landfill.
Many thanks for sharing your project and we look forward to your next contribution.
