Patio chair using Pine and decking boards

This might just be my favourite quick win project yet. A modern, designer-style Patio Chair using nothing more than 90 x 35 pine, some decking boards, a handful of screws and basic power tools.

No fancy joinery.
No expensive gear.
Just a simple, satisfying build that you can knock up in a weekend. Hope you like it 👍😁

Steps

Step 1

Build the two Outside Frames including the Seat Support.

Step 4

Step 5

Please Note: If you decide to paint your chair, do that before you attach the slats to the seat and the backrest. If you don't paint, staining is a great option and also a lot quicker.

Love it @DIY4Knuckleheds!

This is brilliantly simple, quick win of a project that can be achieved with some basic tools by even the most inexperienced woodworker.

Thank you for sharing another fantastic project.
