Recycled timber smoker

Hi Team, just thought I would share my latest project. This a cheap secondhand smoker given to me by a friend. I tolled him I would make him proud by giving it a make over.

A slap of potbelly black paint, maple coloured stain vanish and we are good to go!

Any favourite cuts or types of meats you enjoy smoking? I've become a bit fond of cold smoking cheeses recently.

We have a few other avid meat smokers in the community, which I trust will be just as impressed with your work as I am.
