Street Library recycled bar fridge

I obtained a recycled and degassed bar fridge this morning from the local recycling centre to use as the basis for my street library.  I have cut off the power cord and cleaned/labelled the unit.  Repurposing an old useless white goods and rehoming books all for free.  I have also submitted it to Street Libraries Australia for listing.  A good day all round.

Well, that's certainly a very creative way of making a weather-proof enclosure for a street library.

Congratulations on offering a very beneficial community service and recycling a piece of unusable waste in the process.
