Want feedback on Canopia Door Covers

We have very little roof overhang/cover at the front and back of our house. Which means when we get any sort of rain/storms we cannot have any windows open at the front or back of the house. We are wanting to do some sort of window cover/awning and I have found Canopia Door covers as a special order at Bunnings. I was after any reviews- good or bad? Thanks.

Re: Has anyone used the Canopia brand "Door Covers"?

Hello @n_g37

Welcome to the Bunnings workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about the Canopia overhang covers.

Although I have not had a chance to fully observe this product in action, I can mention the features that really stood out for me and that it has a 4mm clear acrylic panel that is UV protected. This tells me that this thing will be safe even in the event of a hailstorm as it does not use glass that can cause injury if shattered by hail. It uses galvanized steel and is powder coated, two of the strongest forms of protection against rust. It's a premium product as it uses quality materials and the manufacturer has taken that extra step of powder coating it.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Eric
