Hi @rodbrab,
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community, it is wonderful to have you with us.
Is there a particular reason you are against thinning the paint?
You'll find that you will get a much nicer finish and things won't clog up as easily if you thin the paint out based on the recommendation in the product data sheet of the paint you use.
Unfortunately, as exterior paint is a relatively thick coating, it's almost guaranteed that you will have to thin it out a little bit.
If you used a high-end commercial-level sprayer that achieves a high PSI, such as a Wagner ProSpray 3.20 or a Wagner SF23, you would have a better chance of not needing to thin the paint, but it is still pretty likely you would need to.
Let me know what you think, and if you have further questions, please let me know.
Jacob
