What flooring could I use for a pontoon?

Can someone suggest what I would use for flooring on pontoon

A plastic nylon carpet not to expensive so if it gets wet it wont rot or perish quickly. Boating specific carpet?

Boating type places may suggest water and uv resistant carpets. Timber flooring can work but research into wood types as some are many times hardier in wet enviroments. Turpintine wood species leaps to mind as it is rot resistant irrespective of top coatings.

Ideas just to start you off.
