What kind of sealer to apply on Pavers in backyard?

Hello everyone, I have laid pavers in backyard. I think these pavers are high porosity. (Please see pictures).

Is it a good idea to apply sealer on these pavers? If yes - what kind of sealer is best of these pavers. i.e. water based or solvent, penetrating etc.

Hi @akajain,

A sealer will certainly help you to care for and maintain the pavers. I'd recommend Berger Jet Dry Stone & Paving Sealer which penetrates the surface creating a seal that protects against dirt becoming embedded, water stains, and makes it much easier to remove mould, moss and lichen.

@akajain,

I'd say there is a good chance they are our Brighton Masonry 200 x 200 x 40mm Sand Mypave Paver which would make them concrete. They do not have the look of a natural product like sandstone, they have the appearance of a manufactured concrete paver.
