I have the Mandala Mimosa outdoor setting that I wish to protect from moisture and westerly sun, can you suggest the ideal product to coat the Teak with please.
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @Clover. It's sensational to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about protecting timber furniture.
You should coat the timber with a clear exterior oil to protect it. Depending on the amount of exposure, you might need to do this yearly to maintain a nourished appearance. We also have this handy Feast Watson 300g Clear Outdoor Furniture Oil, which comes in a spray can. Super easy to whip off the cushions and give the timber a coat. Several years down the track, when the timber colour begins to fade from age, you can swap to the teak-tinted version to renew the colour.
Always test the oil in an inconspicuous location first to see if you are happy with the result. Oil initial darken the timber quite significantly, but then lighten as they dry.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
