Can you use Gyprock multi-purpose joint compound to fill carpet nail holes on a concrete floor?

Hi there,

I have a tub of this at home and was wondering if can I use it to fill the carpet nail holes for a bedroom concrete floor. I will be painting the concrete floor after.

Hi @annaluno.

Functionally it will likely work, but that product is certainly not designed for that purpose. I'd recommend you use something like Turbo 1 Litre Concrete Bog, which will set much harder and be more suitable for your floor.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
