I just need a little bit more information about the tree. Would it be possible for you to post the I/N number of the product? This is usually located on the right-hand side of the picture on the website. Did you happen to see a purple tag on top saying "Marketplace"? If you did this product can only be purchased online. However, if it is a standard stocked item, can I please bother you to post a screenshot of the page where you found it? Once I have the information, I can try and track it down for you.
