You will need a covered board between 30 and 40 cm square....covered with carpet piece would be a good idea.
Cobweb brush from bunnings...$5
Remove brush from handle...hacksaw or jigsaw.
Drill two holes in board and bend brush to shape , insert wire ends.. voila.
"Max" is still getting used to it but has been thru a couple of times.
