Hi Jason,
Basically the backing board is an pine lining board cut to shape and stained.I bought the thermometer instrument on Ebay ,I cut the bird figure from a custom wood backing sheet and painted it .The paint and additional items added to make a bush theme came from my partners scrapbooking collection .Regards Garry
