Hi @carissa22 , If you can remove the seal and check for deterioration on the seal, you clean and reinstall adding a couple of drops silicone adhesive to the seal then fit back in place. An alternative is to buy fraught seals from Bunnings and fit in place of the old seals, Bunnings have various types for sale , here is one I found online.

hi My first question is what are the seals made from? ie rubber timber second is there some form of profile on the underside? does the strip hold down a rubber strip the next question is the frame rotten allowing the weather in
without the top strip being removed too much unknown at this stage to make a good suggestion

Hello @carissa22
It's great that you've received excellent advice from @JoeAzza and @r23on. I agree with both of their suggestions; it might be possible to re-attach the seals as they seem to be in good condition. If we can see the side and front profile of the seal we might be able to identify a replacement for it. Can I please request that you remove one of the seals and take photos of its profile? In this manner we can try and identify it and possibly look for something similar.
If you have any other questions we can help with, please let us know.
