Could you let us know a little more about what caused the stains? If you’re able to upload some images as well, that would really help our members provide the best advice. Just let me know if you need a hand uploading them.
As for cleaning, a good first step would be trying a pressure washer to lift any surface staining. If that doesn't work, using a mild detergent mixed with water and a scrubbing brush would be the next approach. To protect your tiles going forward, they would need to be sealed with a suitable tile sealer, and regular cleaning would help prevent stains from sitting too long and penetrating through the sealer.
