How to clean grout?

Most of my house is tiled and the grout which was white 10 years ago is now almost black. I mop every few days but it does nothing to the grout.

Would love to know if there is any miracle product or tool that can clean my grout? I don’t fancy spending hours upon hours scrubbing my whole house, but it’s the only way I know how? Would love any invaluable tricks or tools I could use. Thank you!

Hi @sugarplum_mum,

Unfortunately, I am not aware of a miracle product to solve your issue and scrubbing them is still going to be on the cards, but there are certainly ways of speeding up the scrubbing process and reducing the impact on your body.

I'd suggest grabbing some Davco Tile And Grout Cleaner, mixing it to the required ratio and then using a Ryobi 18V ONE+ Telescopic Pole Scrubber to scrub the grout lines.

This will greatly reduce the time it takes to clean up your grout lines, and being a telescopic tool, you can use it while standing, greatly reducing the impact on your back and knees.
