Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community @mitch66. It's a pleasure to have you join us, and many thanks for your question about cutting down an external door.
You'd need to special order a solid core Hume 2040 x 770 x 40mm External Door Duracote Flush Solicore SCX1door as there's nothing ranged that is close enough to cut down its width. With the 2040 x 770mm door, you'd need to trim 10mm off the top and bottom and 45mm off either side. Be advised this with expose the MDF core and void any warranty. There is also the option of having a door custom-made to suit.
