Hello team,
Just chipped the drywall/paint on door frame. It is very small (approx. 0.8mm by 0.5mm) but in my current rental. Hoping for an easy quick solution in patching this up. Pictures attached below.
Thanks in advance
Hello @hello123
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your door frame.
I suggest using UNi-PRO 500g Multi Purpose Interior Filler to fill in the small chip. Once the filler cures it can be sanded down so that it is nice and level. Before painting I suggest wiping the surface with a damp cloth to remove all the sanding dust. When the surface is totally clean you can then paint the patched surface.
If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Hi @hello123
The biggest problem with this is that you are filling round a bend, I would suggest taking a sharp pair of scissors to a soft drink can and cutting out a strip about 15mm wide (be careful as you could make sharp edges and corners) then bend it round a pencil or something of a similar curve and use this to apply the filler and allow to dry. Then instead of sanding you can just use a damp cloth on the dry filler instead of sandpaper as the filler is water based which means you don't have to risk extending the area that needs touching up. If you still have the chipped off piece, you can take that to Bunnings and have it colour matched and if you are really lucky, they will be able to do a sample pot size for you.
