Hi,
We are getting ready to repaint our walls (Dulux Natural White) and have a few cracks and damages we want to repair to get everything prepped before painting.
We're in a 1960's unit with double brick interior and it seems there were some cracks that have just been plastered and painted over, and then some parts where the paint is chipping away from (I think) the mortar where the front door is. How do we go about repairing these so we have a solid foundation for painting.Close up of window sill

Hello @kateaw
I propose sanding the surface clean to remove the flaking paint from the crack in the wall. I then suggest using Parfix 500g Ready To Use Multipurpose Filler to fill the cracks in the wall and the ones near your door frame. I recommend using a Pro Renovator 50mm Plastic Scraper to prevent damaging the wall finish. Once the filler cures, simply sand it down to level and then clean the surface of sanding dust before painting the surface.
