I have water coming through the bedroom wall under the blocks onto the slab at the join. I can see the water trickling in in two places. This bedroom faces the front of the house and gets the most rain. House us 30 years old. Original paint.

Thank you very much for sharing the photo of your block wall. Can I please request a wider shot of the interior block wall and a photo outside where you suspect water is coming in. A wide shot would definitely be helpful as it will allow us to assess if it can simply be repaired with silicone or if it needs to be mechanically repaired.
