Hiya, we just purchased these for installation, but there are no instructions in the boxes and none available on the website, either bunnings or hanwoods. Can you point me in the right direction or post something?
Also, the clerk insisted we also get an underlay, but these already have a pre-attached underlay, correct?
thanks

Hello @svcdavies
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about hybrid flooring.
You are correct, the HanWood 6mm 2.64m² Nordic Oak Hybrid RVP With 2mm EVA Foam already has underlay attached to it and it's not necessary to lay another sheet of underlay on your floor. The Hanwood can go on directly on your floor in the same standard installation fashion. I've placed a guide below that will show you how laminate flooring is installed. The same method applies to the Hanwood hybrid flooring as they have the same interlocking method.
You'll also need the Capitol Laminate Floor DIY Installation Kit to install the flooring.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How To Lay Laminate Flooring

Hi
I came across this searching. I just wanted to say please check with Hanwood regards to underlay for your exact product. I used underlay on my Antares Oak 5mm Hybrid which has turned out to be a huge mistake and now have to rip up the floor. It’s designed not to have it. If you do use underlay the click and lock system fails very quickly, see damage on mine. I learnt my lesson and did remainder of the flooring directly on the concrete and is settled and strong.
1st image, crack along the joins with underlay
2nd image, laid directly on concrete . Hope that helps
