1) how can I remove curtain cord weight as marked
? Don't know what's its usage?
2) where can I find curtain tracks brackets as marked in pic?

As this appears to be a proprietary system, I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the weight is. Was it installed into the floor or the window frame to keep the lines straight? Unless there is a break in the line, the only way to remove the weight would be to cut it off.
Once again, the brackets used for this blind are proprietary, so there's no generic replacement available. You need to contact the manufacturer to see if they have spares.
You might consider replacing the vertical blinds or looking at our complete range and upgrading. There are quite a few budget-friendly options.
