How to renovate a shed to convert into an office?

Hi, we have a pretty large shed that I’m wanting to convert into a dining space and offices. Done quite a bit of diy-ing and gotten contractors in as needed before, but this is the biggest project I’ve tackled and want to know the best/most efficient order to do things. And any advice anyone has. This is what we want to do:

insulate the walls and add drywall

seal the floors and put down some flooring

add a stud wall.
remove the potbelly and fix the hole in the roof from jt

Remove the sink and put in a wet bar

add a doorway

Remove The big sliding doors and put in some glass windows or doors.

any advice would be great.

Start by sketching out your desired layout, including where the walls, windows, and wet bar will go. This initial step will help you visualise the space and ensure everything fits well. Begin by removing any unwanted elements, like the potbelly stove and sink, which will also give you access to the roof for necessary repairs. Make sure to address any structural issues first—fix the hole in the roof and ensure the foundation and walls are sound before moving forward.

Once the structure is secure, you'll likely need to install a timber wall frame to accommodate insulation and meet plasterboard installation requirements. Insulating the walls is essential for maintaining temperature control, and then you can install the drywall, which is crucial for sound insulation, especially in an office space. After the plasterboard is up, seal the floors to prevent moisture and put down your chosen flooring, making sure the surface is level. Next, construct the stud wall to create separate areas, ensuring it’s properly framed and braced. With the walls and flooring complete, it’s time to remove the big sliding doors and install the glass windows or doors.
