Hi Team,
Around 4 or 5 months ago had a bit of damage to the ceiling due to condensation issues in ducted aircon, all of the aircon issues are fixed now. Can someone please guide on how to get the ceiling looking similar as before (what paint/materials needed etc).
Many thanks in advance!
Hi @khatriy,
You might like to check out How to repair a water-damaged ceiling which should answer most of your questions.
Assuming the plasterboard is still stable and is not softened, then you would just need to apply a stain-blocking primer such as this Zinsser White Bulls Eye Primer Undercoat Sealer And Stain Blocker, then apply a topcoat of ceiling paint.
You could do this with a UNi-PRO 230mm Roller On A Pole With 1.55m Extendable Handi-Pole.
Check out How To Paint a Ceiling for some further guidance.
Let me know what you think and if you have further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks @JacobZ . Quick question - is this product https://www.bunnings.com.au/zinsser-369g-bright-white-bulls-eye-1-2-3-undercoat-primer-and-sealer-sp... an equivalent of the stain blocking primer that you have suggested (just in spray format)?
Hi @khatriy,
Yes, it is the same product in a spray format.
If you'd like to use it, you can, just make sure you wear a mask while doing so.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
