Looking for help repairing some bad plaster work from the previous owner of this house.
all internal corners the tape edges are visible and lumpy. Seems as though corner taping wasn’t set correctly
looking for help on best options for repairing these?
Hello @zacblay
Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's sensational to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about repairing your internal corners.
I suggest cleaning the internal corners and removing the badly installed plaster using a Craftright 5-in-1 Scraper. I recommend cutting off the lumpy tape edges with a Craftright 18mm Snap Off Knife. Once the area has been cleaned and prepared you can then apply new plaster to the internal corners.
Here is a handy step-by-step guide: How to set Gyprock Plasterboard Joints
The guide will show you the materials and tools you'll need to fix your plaster board corners.
