How to repair the water damaged mdf around the door? Or would it all need replacing new?

How would you go about repairing these mdf door architraves?

Is it possible to Sand down, fill and paint or should I replace with new architraves?

the leak that has caused this has been repaired a month ago so there shouldn't be much moisture in the mdf.

(Ignore the skirting board damage as these are getting replaced new)

Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It's great to hear you've resolved the leak.

It would be my opinion that replacing the trim would be the easiest and most cost-effective solution. The trim has swollen quite a bit, which you cannot fix without a significant amount of sanding and filler; it's easier to pull it off and nail on new trim pieces. You could sand the trim back so it matches the rest, fill, sand and prime before painting, but that's going to take a considerable amount of time, and unless you are quite familiar with the process, you'll likely end up with a sub-par result.

Grab yourself a wrecking bar and lever the trim off starting at the base where the damage is as it's likely already loose. Work your way up the door, removing the trim as you go. Once you have the trim off, you can take it into your closest store to match it up with a replacement. I'd recommend you reattach the new trim with a line of Liquid Nails and bullet head nails.
