How can I change this light bulb? Is this something I need an electrician for? Is the bulb a part of the whole unit or is it replaceable without changing the whole thing? Your help is much appreciated!

Welcome to the Bunnings Workshop community. It's wonderful to have you join us, and thanks for sharing your question about your down light.
Some models of the S9053 WP have the quick disconnect clip. See if your bulb has one connected to it. I've placed an image below to give you an idea of what it might look like. However, if you don't see the quick disconnect clip, you'll need an electrician to replace your LED bulb. The bulb is a complete unit and is not replaceable. I propose speaking to your electrician and asking them if any of the LED spares at the store are compatible with your system.
