Renovating a home in Melbourne myself

Hi everyone,

I'm renovating my own home in Melbourne and plan to keep progress updated here 🙂

We are

expanding the kitchen into an open living space with the lounge
New kitchen
New floors everywhere tiles and carpet
Painting the walls and patching plaster
Laundry conversion into a laundry with a shower room
Building a new powder room with a toilet and basin
Renovating the entire bathroom/separate toilet and combining it into one
Some rooms had wallpaper and we stripped the plaster off and are re plastering and painting
There were shelves to be removed in the garage to make more space for my car
We will be installing a vanity from Bunnings in the bathroom
I plan to use as much Bunnings fittings and appliances/toilet/basins etc as I can

It helps my job is as a carpenter I do renovations and new homes extensions as well, but I really wanted to show you all my own home and keep everyone updated on what I'm doing to help everyone. Some of these project will be D.I.Y - for example tiling and painting.
