im on the hunt for our first home.
within our budget I can either get a 10 year townhouse or a 40 year old red brick house with a proper back yard
I am keen on the red brick house so I can do improvements without getting strata permission. But I’m mostly concerned about not having AC/heating
is it possible (within few thousand dollars) to add a central Cooling/heating to an existing home ?
Are there things I need to look for in the properties I am searching in order to make this possible
Appreciate any input you can give me
