Are there any smart deadbolts that are fire-rated for main doors of strata units? I am interested in the Lockly Model X, but it appears not to be-rated in.

Thank you for your patience. I've just been in contact with the Lockly technical team, and they have advised that the Lockly Satin Nickel Model X Single-Cylinder Bluetooth Mobile App Controlled Deadbolt Lock with Biometric 3D Fingerprint is not yet fire rated here in Australia. It is currently undergoing testing, and they will inform us once the unit has passed testing. One unit I saw that was fire rated is the Eufy Black Security Smart Lever Lock C33 it has been tested in accordance with Australian Standard AS 1530.4:2014 Fire-resistance test. However, it is not a deadbolt series. I'm sorry, but I'm currently unaware of a smart deadbolt that is fire rated that's available at the store.
