My hardwood internal polished flooring overtime have shrunk and the board gaps have opened up and in places let cold drafts in. As the floors do not require refinishing atm I am looking for a solution to fill in gaps.

We used to have that problem in a former house too @RR. I hope some members of the Workshop community can have some suggestions for you. Perhaps @PJA or @Andreweverist might be able to kick off?
