Hi @Dave-1 , my bedroom is on the top floor, will there be a ceiling joist? Yes, I will definitely need an extension cord and hide it in the wardrobe.

Practa mount is a great idea. I think I will get a light TV, around 5kg. Do you think the whole thing can be installed on a dry wall, i.e. no stud?
