We had some leftover timber we used for our laundry benchtop and decided to use the offcuts to make a bathtub caddy.
We measured the exterior bathtub width for the width of the caddy plank and then measured the inner edge for the feet of the caddy.
We cut the timber to the measurements we needed and then went over the edges with a router to round off all the edges.
We then sanded the timber and applied one coat of Timber Protect Satin Clear Water Based Varnish. In between coats, we lightly sanded the caddy and caddy feet then applied one more coat of the varnish.
