Steps
Step 1
It started off as just a long 3.7 metre pallet.
No ends. No sides.
And it it was horribly warped.
It was part of a display from a secondhand furniture shop that was closing down - and it was supported by two galvanised drums. They were using it as a display counter.
Now being sold as a bar table. Wishful thinking I thought based on the pallet condition.
Anyway, much to wife's disgust I bought it home.
First step was to unbuckle the pallet with strategic clamping and screw a face around it with 25 X 150mm wood.
Routed curved edges.
Sanded.
Lacquered.

Step 2
Construct frame ends. Initially I was thinking steel, but went with wood.
Added wheels.
At this stage the wood was only partially constructed as I wasn't sure about the height.
Good thing, as it was initially too high.
Unscrewed the frames and shortened the vertical members.

Step 3
New height perfect.
Strengthen the end frames.
Added wood sheeting to create two end platforms - what for I don't know.
Paint.
