What is required to install Kabodle under-cabinet LED panel?

Kaboodle 12V 30W LED Driver And Distributor do I need this for the Kaboodle under Cabinet LED Panel if the electrician is wiring the light in?

Yes you do need both the for the electrician to complete the instalation.

Kaboodle 12V 30W LED Driver And Distributor and the Kaboodle under Cabinet LED Panel

The kaboole 12v 30w LED Driver does have a power plug on it that means you can DIY if you have a power outlet installed where you need it.

I couldnt see any notes on kaboodle cabling solutions and connections to the LED Driver Unit

@Jewelleryrescue is absolutely correct you will need the Kaboodle Driver and Distributor in order to install the LED light. The light by itself will not run without the driver and distributor. It is important that you quantify the number of LED lights you'll be installing as the correct driver must be chosen.
