How to install garage door weather seal?

I'm trying to install the Garage Door Weather Seal for Gliderol Doors that I bought from Bunnings.

However I can't seem to install it on the garage track as there is something in the way at the very beginning and I don't know how to remove it. Any ideas?

Thanks for sharing your question about how to replace your garage door weather seal. 

The general steps are to remove one of the rail guides and lift the fabric stopper that will allow you to slide the new seal onto the bottom of your garage door. 

I suggest having a quick look at this discussion - How to replace garage door bottom seal? by @krishnak. You'll find some excellent tips on how to install the garage door weather seal.

My best recommendation is to clean and spray the channel with WD40 so that the rubber slides smoothly into the aluminium channel.
